I put Visine in my tea once. She was VERY angry when she found out... hard to kick my @ss from the toilet, though...

Intentionally poisoning someone, while hilarious is probably a really really bad idea. Way to may things could go wrong for you.

NO! what if you kill them? if you don't know someone's medical history you shouldn't mess around. also, even if they were fine, if they were petty enough they could sue you for like, ALL your future earnings- it's not worth it. just take all their food even if you don't wanna eat it. or stop washing up. or use their shampoo etc. fight like with like. that's what i say!!

Write up a bill instead. Write down what each thing costs and how much they'll have to pay if they want to eat your food. If this doesn't work, then use their stuff.

I'd get a small (college dorm type) fridge and keep my stuff he/she eats in there and keep a lock on it. (would probably need to have one installed.)

No, I would never be so mean and vindictive as to poison another person. Instead of being underhanded, I would sit the person(s) down and make sure that we all understood the common expectations.] One of the ways we addressed this in a housing situation was to put a certain amount of money each week into a "staples" fund for things like bread, milk, flour, peanut butter, and cheese. In this way everyone owns them.

I used to spike his decaf with the strongest coffee i could find and laugh when he wandered round the house at night. that taught him to stop stealing my food. also putting green food coloring in milk really puts people off milk.

I once put Marmite in my housemate's chocolate spread, it was hilarious!

Is this a college dorm roommate or are you two renting an apartment? If you're renting an apartment I'd say the easiest & least confrontational solution would be to get a mini-fridge installed in your bedroom & just keep your bedroom door locked. If you're dorm-mates though, you're gonna have to talk to them & find a compromise somewhere. Like you'll buy extra food if they'll give you the money to pay for it. I wouldn't condone purposefully trying to make someone sick. Not only is it cruel, but it's also kind of childish.

Instead of putting things in your food (and possibly inviting a law suit) put your food in a container marked 'Urine Samples" and keep it in the fridge or freezer.
