I know what you mean. No, it's not just you, I see it myself.

No, it's not just you... Look around at some of the comment threads on AB and you will see it, too.

I 1 million and ten percent agree!!!! I'm terrified that when (if) my bf and I get married that people will think that to say no means to not reply at all. Or worse, the people who assume there's no need to reply and show up with the whole crew!! If it doesn't directly relate to them, they don't care- even if it screws up someone else's whole day. It makes me really mad.

hiya, you are not alone in noticing this. There seems to be no etiquette any more, people just don't care it seems. We got married in october and about 5 people didn't bother to respond to our R.S.V.P and they didn't even bother to say thanks for the invite.

haha, no not just you, i do not have a key to my work, i lost it, the person i was working with decided she was going to be 2 hours late, i sat on the stoop for 2 hours. I have people schedule meetings and such and never show, it is a huge waste of time.

Yep yep. Way too many people have lost their manners.

Most definitely not just your opinion. I totally agree! I just hate to see the way people will act in future generations. The only thing I know to do is to raise my children not to be disrespectful and to have very good manners.
