Maybe those veggie ones you see in the produce section. I don't know how good they are. Stay away from those olestra ones that have been known to cause "anal leakage". Yuck!

You could have vegetable chips, not actually chips, but just pieces of vegetables cut up.

Only the ones you don't eat.

i dont recommend alli diet pills at all, because i tried them and i was actually expecting more, since i was exercising and doing an strict diet. The results were the same as when i didn't even use those pills, i prefer xenical, that was actually really working because it contains 120 mg of orlisat while alli has only 60 mg. Orlisat is a component that helps dissolving all that bad fat you get from your every day meals. The only problem you may experience by using them is with the oil that will appear some times on your bowel movements, that is actually disgusting but more effective. After that i strongly recommend body shapers to improve the hard areas to lose specially the lower stomach and your hips, try going to this site: www.vedetteoutlet.com, they handle all the kinds of body shapers that will be helping you getting that shape you want. Also it is very important to remember that you need to have a really good diet, be really careful with the carbs, but dont take them out of your diet, there are good and bad carbs, the best carbs are the ones that are 100% whole grain, it's so nice that now you can get all of these in any supermarket around the country, and there are thousands of healthy choices you can make whenever you do your groceries. This advise is from somebody that used to be 278 pounds and now 180 pounds so what im letting you know really works, hope this is helpful for you

There isn't! Moderation is the key! The most healthy you can do is, buy fresh potatoes(red skin better) wash/dry the potatoes, cut them with the skin on and fry with sunflower oil at 180ºc, a bit of sea salt & pronto!
