No. If you really want to spend time with each person, how else would you get to know them better? But if you are doing it as a result of being dumped then it's not fair to them because you're proving you've still "got it" as a reaction to someone who thinks you don't.

Well no. I'd say thirteen was excessive. 12 isnt because its only 4 times as much. That magic 5 is the evil number.

You shouldn't ask someone out, just for the sake of asking someone out. You have to actually be ready, or else you're dooming yourself for another failed relationship. That's why it's called a rebound.
