Do Trolls have to start a fight before CL/Staff get involved, or do you watch percentages too?

I love how this has its own category. For the staff to get involved, someone would have to threaten or just be a plain nuisance to the whole answerbag community. They dont really have to start a fight but when they tend to be annoying, it ussually starts fights. because people try to defend themselves/others.

I don't look at percentages because they're a big joke. Someone with a "score" of 99% for questions and answers doesn't necessarily have better questions and answers than those with only 95 or 94 or even lower. Same thing with the + ratings given. A user with 95% + ratings given doesn't necessarily mean that the user is no longer engaging in trolling others. It could only mean that s/he's uprating the people s/he likes while at the same time, dumping a lot of reds on another user s/he despises. Do trolls have to start a fight? I don't know. In the first place, who really knows who the trolls here and who aren't?
