It depends on the extent of the damage, but I would wait until it is healty because heathy hair absorbs color better and more evenly, making it worth your money. I HIGHLY recommend using a deep conditioning treatment twice weekly.
What can cause blonde hair to go a little greenish even though there has been no known chemical exposure.
