Are there easier ways to conquer low self-esteem than self-talk?

    Yes. I believe self esteem is acquired/enhanced by doing kind things for others, by complimenting other people when they deserve it and by being polite when you don't really feel like it. It's doing the right thing. Do these things often enough and you'll be your own best friend, truly.

    I had problems with selfesteem, and then I prayed to God, and I felt him comfort me in my hour of stress, and I felt him tell me my life had purpose. And now I live me life in the fullest every moment, and joyfully look for ways to help other people.
