I really do try to be but as I find it hard to say 'no', I generally over-promise and under-deliver. I'm working on it though, and I always make sure the really important things are done - I'm pretty good at prioritising :)

I do my absolute best to be. After all, I KNOW others watch what I do and how I do it. When I'm asked why I did something or didn't do something, I have answers. At work? Absolutely. I have good days and bad days, but I have to be reliable; I manage an office of 20+ women and everything I do and say is scrutinized and judged. I lead by example, and therefore have to be as reliable as possible.

i wouldnt say all the time, i think it all depends on what people want from me.. you cant please everyone all the time. I am a workaholic, i please my work more than i please my friends.
