  • Depends on the peak wattage and the recommended wattage on the subs. I have seen some 10" subs that can handle that kind of power. I would look into it before you accidently ruin a good set of speakers.
  • there are several things you need to look into before you hook up. first what is the peak wattage, and rms wattage for your subs. second how many channels is your amp. third what is the peak wattage your amp puts out. and finally do you have a capacitor.
