Of course. We get taxed on our paychecks and then taxed again when we buy things at the store,property taxes (etc, etc).

Yes we are for mostly worthless programs sponsored by worthless politicians.

Yes, city, water, sewer,county, federal, sales,etc..It's terrible in NY state.

I wouldn't say so much taxed to death as taxed for the wrong reasons. If the government would stop funding all kinds of pork barrel projects and programs (which really do nothing more than waste money just to stroke some politician or campaign contributor's ego), I don't think taxation would hurt so much...
