Self-justification. Denial that we really do need each other, not only in romantic relationships but in plutonic ones as well. Perhaps there was a "lack of dad" syndrome, or an abusive male in their life, or none at all. This is sad indeed, and would like to emphasize that there is healing that can be done if they admit the hurt. While we can point fingers at how wronged we've been ( and this is true) we still have a responsility to reach out to get out of this psychological rut that seeks to destroy us. To the feminist, it starts with you, and its' ok to not "have it all together" and admit weakness, because we all have them!

I'm a feminist, and I don't hate men. I think that everyone is equal. I don't like it when ANYONE makes a sexist comment. There are many male feminists.

I know that some feminists can emphasize their emotions against men rather then just showing from history what they've learned and how womens rights have improved. Women have been viewed as a certain stereotype for a very long time, now that they have had the opportunity to finally voice out the experiences of women who had been treated unfairly. I just wish instead of talking about the past and over looking the same topics over and over again they would work on the future with such knowledge.
