Should there be a crackdown on aggressive transport truck drivers on the highways? I see it every day.

UNDOUBTEDLY YES. 2 years ago I was rear-ended by a tractor trailor truck and sustained a strained back and neck. The guy was going probably 30 miles over the speed limit and didn't even get a ticket. Thankfully I didn't either, but still I think there should be penalties for these assholes that run people over on purpose and barely get a slap on the wrist if that. They think since they're bigger than every other vehicle on the road they own the road and the hell with anyone whose car they total out and the hell with anyone they kill or seriously and even not so seriously injure. These people need to lose their licenses after the first incident.
