What do Americans think of Borat? Was the film a success there?

Try not walking down a major crowded city block, or go to a restaraunt within a year of the movie being released, and TRY not to hear someone parodying Borat. It was a HUGE success. A lot of people didnt know how to take it at first, but it is JUST about outrageous enough to fare in the American Market.

People here liked it for the most part. I think Da Ali G show is better than the Borat movie personally .
