Could one not use a washing machine and electric dryer to clean and re-fluff it?

Put it in the dryer on an air-fluff cycle.

If it's feathers or down, wash in a machine machine and then dry it in the dryer with clean sneakers and tennis balls to bounce and fluff. If you don't want to wash it, try just fluffing in the dryer with the balls or shoes.
