Forget Recipes! Start learning Terminology, Tools, Techniques, Sanitation, Spices, Herbs, Food Uses & Origins. These are the "Backbone" of the Industry. The "Recipes" will come from obtaining this Knowledge. This is a Very Hard Job that demands Long Hours of Devotion, can U do it??? Good Luck! John
