It is the "Autorun.ini" file, which is added by the W32/Lovelet-AD worm. (please edit your question to help others find this info in the future...k? Thanks) The easiest way to remove it is to update your anti-virus program and run a scan. Doing this will remove the worm and restore your PC back to health.
