With a turbocharger you would be getting about 50% more air into the engine but since it's not perfectly efficient you'll increase your hp by about 30-40%. Do you want a quick boost at lower speeds or a bigger boost at higher speeds? If you want a bigger boost you will need to go with a larger turbocharger. The problem with that is that because they are larger they take longer to react so you will not get as quick of a reaction as you would with a small turbocharger. The smaller turbochargers will make the reaction time faster but you will have less of a boost. So it really depends on your preference.

You'll have to call up your local mechnics for pricing. It also depends on the kit you buy. It may be more expensive since it's a foreign car but I'm not really sure. You should definately research the turbochargers before you purchase anything. You want to get a good kit that will be easy to put on for the mechanic and take less hours. Because if you buy a cheap kit you'll end up paying more for labor.
