Q1: Yes; possible if non-identical (fraternal)twins, e.g. parent 1 with Gp. A (carrying recessive O gene, and parent 2 with Gp. B (carrying recessive O gene)could give rise to Gp. O, AB, A, or B children. Q2: With these particular parents, Gp.O and A, again, with identical twins, impossible, but with fraternal twins, O is possible (inheriting the O gene from each parent, but B is impossible, because neither parent has the B gene.
