Question

Help answer this question below.

I have a Craig CMP1339 Mp3 player and it says that I've used almost all of my memory on it. But there are no files. Any ideas? Every time I take a song off the Mp3 player, it doesn't bump back up on the capacity.

First- deleting a file still leaves that space occupied by the file- deleting a file only cuts the connection to the file. Saying that maybe there is actually no available space left, short of wiping the whole disk down to where new files can be installed- if possible on your mp3 player. Sometimes windows cannot wipe off the disks of desktop or notebook pcs.

Are you sure that you're not simply copying the file, rather than removing it and did you try a refresh of the window you're browsing the MP3 player's files on?
The first , is easy enough to do. I'm guilty and wondered why no more space became avaliable until I paid attention to what I was doing.

Edit: A Mac, eh? Davoomac is the one to ask in this regard, he's good with Macs, I avoid 'em. Sorry I can't help further there.
