  • It's true, some foods take more energy to eat than the amount of calories they amount to. They're good if you swap fatty snacks for these instead-not much for meals though.
  • I heard that lean stock (chicken, beef or fish) is like that - it takes more energy to digest it, then gives you calories. PS Good question! I wanna look for more info about it. Whatever I find, I'll bring it here.
