If you think times are tough, you probably don't need to be borrowing money :p.

There are some lenders who will lend you money if they have proof you can pay them back, but the interest rate will probably be very high. You need to investigate several different sites. Try this search list: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=borrow+money&btnG=Google+Search

Borderlinux is right, times are tough, but to borrow would only add ALOT more hardship. I would just suggest you think this through!:):) Good luck
