Grounds to file chapter 7 free and clear? I have 45k in unsecured cc dept between 2 cards I have been between jobs and have not had stable income over the past year. I have a 18k car loan i struggle to make. I even moved from TN to CA to get more work.

More details. I have no property or assets from the debt on the cards I Lost all stuff in a move from TN to CA from a separation with my soon to be x wife. I want to keep my car assuming I can make that payment which is very hard not working. I have 150-200$ in clothing and personal items soap, razors etc..... Would this apply to file a free and clear of all debt for chapter 7? Even when I get work its not stable I can work a month and be out again so I cant really commit to a payment plan. Thanks for your answers or advise. I would need to make payments to pay for the c7 too. Thanks, Doug
