  • Many times after achieving accomplishments.
  • Every now and then I kick into a lifestyle improvement phase. I lose a lot of weight and live life to the fullest. That always makes me feel like: "why don't I do this all the time?" It is hard for me to keep up and slowly I slip back into NOT waking up early in the morning to go running and NOT watching what I eat, etc., etc., etc. This is where I'm at now. It makes me sad and depresed and NOT thrilled to be alive.
  • Every day..I'm very lucky that way. Each days brings joy and thrills..I don't require very much to be happy..I enjoy the small, everyday, routine things of life! :) Happy Monday! :) ((hugs))
