Deleting the account is not so easy, leaving their service is far easier, just remove AIM or AOL and never use it. As for reporting them, that can be a wasted excursion as they usually have loads of fake accounts your best bet is just to forget about using AIM for a while until they get bored and go play with someone else. Failing that review the TOS (terms of service) and try contacting AOL or AIM about the problem, but even if their admins step in and do something about it, you'll probably only antagonize the idiot on the other end causing you problems.
