well a dehumidifier would help, might find a cheap one at walmart, also opening the windows and basement door and letting it air out would help

Rinse the basement down with a diluted solution of bleach and water. Use big fans to dry it out and then paint it thoroughly with anti-mildew paint. Keep it dry with a dehumidifier.

get some floor fans and open the windows and doors and let it blow and dry out. then light some incense over a couple of days to change the smell.
