There's one I know of. It's how you can see Yoshi without any stars. Check it out. http://www.gamespot.com/features/vgs/universal/50secrets/n64.html Also Mario 64 is one of the best games I've ever played.

Here's one. On the Spiral Staircase, you can jump through the ceiling and get upstairs in about two seconds. Stand in the black square against the wall just before the stairs begin, then double-jump. If you touch the ceiling, Mario will climb right through it! You can also try this while moving to save time.

Here's another. You can actually get Lakitu INSIDE the large mirror at the entrance to Snowman's Land. Face the mirror. Jump at it. When Mario hits the ground, make sure he's really close (within 1 tile). If not, do it again from a little farther away. Press C-up. When the camera zooms in, you'll see Reflection Mario blocking your view of Real Mario! (You will not see Reflection Lakitu outside the mirror.)

Get 120 stars. Get to Yoshi. Get the red ! block with the wing cap. Enter the cannon and shoot yourself towards the castle's huge central tower. If you manage to get up there, you'll see the tower is made up of about 8 different 'ramps'. Some you can walk up, some won't let you. And one will let you pass right through it, into the empty shell of the castle. If you do this and fall 'into' the castle, you end up inside it. If you go out the door, you'll be 'outside' the inside of the castle. It's truly strange. But inside you can walk through the walls on either side of the door to restore normality.

This can be very hard to do, but I have done it. When you get 50 stars and you went through the star door, go up to the last star door and it will say something about "Endless Stairs." When you go through the door, you will realize that the stairs will never end. Go on the stairs and look away from the stairs going up, and then do a long jump and keep doing that backwards and keep doing it on the side of the stairs. Then you will be going up the stairs super-fast and then you will get to the end and verse Bowser. Hard to explain, but I hope this helps you.
