I'd think she looked sick. Stick skinny girls look sick, and I mean medically speaking. I'd worry about her health. I'd feel sorry for her because she's gonna die if she really is anorexic. She needs pshycological help to make her self esteem get better.

I'd probably feel sorry for her... and wonder why she would put her body through such torture. Although, I have assumed wrong. Many long distance runner are as skinny as a tooth-pic.
