  • They cannot dictate what car you drive, but they can dictate what cars are parked in open view. What vehicle do you drive?
  • Looking at the rules, I believe the word "passenger vehicle" is pretty clear. There is a specific definition and if your vehicle is not a passenger vehicle, you cannot park on the property without approval of the board. Perhaps if you found the U.S.Department of Transportation definition of "passenger vehicle" includes your vehicle, you could convince them it is covered.
