I own a 1998 Ford Ranger.Mine is a 2.5 4 cyl. There is no "distributor cap" look at where all the plug wires meet at a ractangle shape. That is sometimes called a "Coil pack".You will also notice there are 8 wires instead of 4.There are spark plugs on both side of the clyinder head.Hope I helped out.Good luck!
Is it not over, even if part of you is dead and in the ground?

I installed a remote start unit in my car and the range is at best, 20 feet. Can I extend the range by extending the antenna wire and routing it along the windshield, or will that damage the antenna and worsen my range? Do I need to use a special wire?

My 2003 Ford Taurus starts nearly all the time but, sometimes it won't. The battery is new and the starter is good. I think that something inside the cabin may be either bad or loose. Can someone tell me what the problem may be?
