Well, I'm vegatarian now, but back when I did eat steak, I took it nice and crispy.

Medium well. Bloody is taking a risk that it is undercooked. Burnt to a crisp sounds like a carcinogenic rather than a meal.

I'd never had it on either of the extremes, but I like mine a little more bloody. =P Medium rare please. mmm

neither, why would you eat crispy steak?? i'm gonna have to say medium to medium well. nicely grilled with a lil pink in the middle

Make mine medium well. It's so dangerous to eat it rare anymore.

I say just enough to crisp the outside with a little blood on the middle third of it. But really depends on the cut of beef!

I try not to eat much red meat anymore but when I did, I liked it anywhere between medium rare and still mooing. It depended on what I was in the mood for.

So burnt bits of ash flick off it! No blood! In france, I had to keep saying incinération (cremated) because you say well done and its swimming in blood! If you ask for rare, they'll hand you a cow on a rope!

i used to love a good steak, medium rare, hmmm yummmy. now, red meat makes me almost hurl. just in the last year or so, i can't get a taste for it, it grosses me out. our freezer is full of red meat. lately i'm the 'other white meat' girl, chicken and pork actually.

Im nota vegetarian but i rarely eat any meat but turkey (im picky) but i would want burnt to a crisp or in between. On scale of 1-10 a 5 at the least. Bloody wouldnt do me at all.
