Is it good for the Premiere league as a whole that Manchester United won the championship?

I think it is. When my team is out of a tournament, I root for the teams that are in my conference or league that are remaining. In the UEFA case, though, both teams were Premiere teams. I'd say it was best for Man U to win. Here in the states, Chelsea is not that well known, but Man U is. Man U winning yesterday helped make "soccer" that much more popular.

Man U were the best team throughout the year so yeah they do deserve to be champs. Chelsea not well known??!!?? Maybe not in the US but in Europe where football is king everyone knows Chelski now. Brilliant for British football to have 3 teams in the 2 Euro finals. Better that one was Scottish. (All be it Rangers)
