what your brain thinks? you can't, as far as i know. ive felt just like you before and i didn't know why either... not to be offensive but sometimes a weird paranoia just kind of... sweeps over us and we worry about things that don't need to be worried about. as for the insomnia, i usually try doing something that tires me out like... jumping jacks or reading or something. good luck!

You might just want to go talk to a psychiatrist. You might have some temporary depression, and take meds for a month get better, and get off.
