So funny you asked me that.My tweelve year old asked me the other day. It is a bag of clean water that a woman uses after she has her period to make her feel fresh.Sometimes it is used as a nasty word to call others.And it is called a douche so douchebag is the slang for a nasty name.

Years ago before you could buy disposable douches for feminine hygiene. women used a rubber bag often used like a hot water bottle to clean themselves. Vaginal douches may consist of water, water mixed with vinegar, or even antiseptic chemicals.
