  • I'll assume you meant "flying". No, they will not. The light will be traveling the same speed as you, and will therefore not move in front of the ship. To an observer, the headlights will appear to be off, but will be REALLY bright for a split second when the ship slows or stops. But if you're frying a ship, I hope you don't get oil on the headlamp, or it'll explode when it starts to heat up.
  • Deep or shallow frying? Relatively speaking it makes a difference
  • The space ship is travelling at the speed of light only as measured by Fred. To you, the spaceship is not moving relative to yourself, and light inside your ship, and leaving your ship out in front travels normally.
