No, every case they have investigated has been only partially true. Kids may have lived on animal leftovers but there is not one case where they animals actually took care of and nurtured the children. It's a myth.

I always heard a story about a kid in Finland raised by wolves or something like that, but like Galanda says maybe it`s just a myth.

Yeah, I saw a documentary about a girl who was wild. She lived with a pack of feral dogs and never learned to speak. It was really sad because she was found and taken away from her "family" but never really adjusted to living as a normal person.
