Does anybody know if encouraging an in depth dialogue that would need to take place on another site (Yahoo Groups) would be permitted on Answerbag?

I believe what you're looking for is a forum site, where people can contribute to your orginal posting and exchange ideas. I suggest CNET.com where computer and electronic based discussions are ongoing, and people of all levels of expertise express their opinions or help each other with problems.
