Economically speaking,I'm afraid of drilling. That will only delay an already delayed entry into renewable fuel choices. As bad as things are now, I STILL can't buy ethanol for my car within 85 miles of home. That is unacceptable. If I have to brew my own to get 'their' attention, maybe that's what needs doing. The time for fossil fuels is long past. We should have stopped using them entirely a quarter century ago.

Yes, Drill everywhere, now! Alternative fuels? Tell me honestly, what is the alternative? Let's stop all this crap about, "Oh the poor polar bears." I would drill thru a polar bear's head if it gets me cheaper gas. And this nonsense of intruding on the environment, most species do. Why do we exclude ourselves? Stupid thinking on our part. If another fuel source is brought to market and is affordable, hey I'm right there with the masses. But it's not, so get over it and drill.
