Kiwi shoe polish, founded in Australia in 1904. (The Kiwi is an Australian bird...not sure of the connection, but I have heard some suggestive jokes that indicate one of the possible ingredients). It quickly became a favourite of the Australian and British Army, then the Canadian and American Army. Now produced and sold all over the world. I have had a great and long experience with it. I still use it. It is the best.
