"I always thought of myself as a house. I was always what I lived in. It didn’t need to be big, It didn’t even need to be beautiful, It just needed to be mine. I became what I was meant to be, I built myself a life, I built myself a house... With every crash of every wave, I hear something now, I never listened before. I’m on the edge of a cliff, Listening! Almost finished. If you were a house Sam, This is where you would want to be built. On rock facing the sea. Listening! Listening!" I would build that house for me. But the people I loved the most would always, always be welcome to it.

I would build a children's home that also rescues animals. No one needs each other more than children with no family and animals with no home.

I would build a ginormous desalination plant and irrigate the Sahara so that we can help feed all the impoverished and starving peoples of the poor countries in this delicate region of the world.

Fully-funded and staff libraries all over the world. I read once that, in the 21st Century, the biggest division of people is not wealth vs poverty, but those who have access to information vs. those who don't. While that's arguable, it's a valid point. I would also build water purification plants, so that everyone on Earth has access to clean water for drinking, cooking, and bathing.

I would build a whole community for the homeless, where they could exist without judgment and with all amenities they seem to want. The night shelters would have lockable, monastery style rooms. The daytime shelter buildings would have rooms with different TV stations playing, recliner chairs, donuts, coffee, etc. In case they would be interested, we would offer exercise facilities, as well. We would provide free health care and counseling services, training opportunities (for those who are capable of receiving training), free meds., good and nutritious foods.
