They are teaching you meaning always telling you what to do ,that's had to handle for people that don't like to be told what to do.

It could just be a personality conflict, and though you may not think so, you could be just as annoying to him/her. But let me give you a little insight into the mind of true teachers: We want you to want to learn. We don't want you to simply soak up the information we spout out. We want you to engage in the learning process and think for yourself. Heck, one could be teaching students a bunch of lies, but if they are never challenged by the students, who's to know the difference? Challenge your teacher and your fellow students, respectfully of course. Now if your teacher is not someone truly in it for the love of education, he/she will probably hate me for saying all of this, and you might very well be sent to the office for insubordination. However, if your teacher truly loves teaching, he/she will recognize that you indeed are at least making the attempt to take responsibility for your own education and try to meet you halfway.

It's annoying, isn't it, when teachers won't let you sleep and make you work. The nerve! What are they trying to do anyway, teach you something? Who do they think they are, experts or something?
