How do you "attach" pictures to a email with a hotmail account?

    SmartWater

    create a new letter and save your picture to a file. next to "send" and "save draft" you will see a paper clip and "attach:"
    select that and choose "photo"
    *install active x control*
    go through and select your photos
    then click "upload now"
    tada!
