Given how people have yet to be truly cloned, and only animals have been cloned, I would say no, for though bodies may be cloned, souls are spiritual gifts.

Why wouldn't they. Assuming we ever created actual human clones, they would be just as human anyone else. Other then the difference in age, the difference between the clone and the original would be about the same as the difference between identical twins. To suggest that the clone would not have a soul would be about as stupid as suggesting that someone of a different race doesn't have a soul.

The real question here, is what is your definition of a soul? The soul as most view it is an irational ilogical concept, and hence should have nothing to do with the scientific, knowlagable, rational, logical DNA cloning of a material creature or being.
