  • i'm NOT sure =)
  • I have no idea. Then You Get The People Who Capitalize Every Word For No Reason As Well. People sometimes put ONE word in all caps to EMPHASIZE it, but I can't understand this capitalization thing. Grammar and capitalization rules are in place to promote clarity of communications. I don't know why anyone would make their own rules, and thereby make communications LESS clear. +4
  • I agree. That is like SO annoying like OMG!
  • Eh, WHO CARES? Just Let People Do What They Want.
  • I blame parents and the educational system for not teacheing kids proper sentence structure.
  • Do you mean FULL words or simply Capitalizing a work that should Normally not be Capitalized. For the former, it's for EMPHASIS. For the latter, its either a type (finger automatically capitalizes the word), or just to be "special" IF YOU ARE ASKING ABOUT THOSE WHO TYPE WITH CAPS-LOCK ON, then they either worry about capitalizing correct words, don't KNOW their caps-lock is on, or they are simply YELLING at us all. (But then, THIS would be "random QUESTIONS", wouldn't it) ;-)
  • Well there might be several reasons. 1. Unintended activation of Caps Lock 2. Cramp in hand 3. For the hell of it 4. Just messing with ya 5. Upper case envy
  • Maybe they want to write the way they speak, and place stress on those words they would normally vocalize on the written page. Yes, I can find no other reason, other than emphasis. Strange, indeed.
