  • you're going to damage your calf muscles
  • Sure, why not. But, keep in mind I have no clue if 10cm heels are bad or not. Although, at some point the heels will start to remind guys of strippers, so be aware of that.
  • You should have not have gotten rid of the flats as they are better for your feet than heels.
  • Why have you decided to do that? What if you need to run somewhere? But anyways, if you want to go higher, might as well...
  • Why? There is no prize for wearing high heels. And they do damage to your muscles, bones and tendons eventually. I personally before bare feet even though I love the look of shoes. I found it beneficial to do both at the same time which kept my calves from shortening too much and I stayed relatively healthy while wearing heels. But wearing them all the time, with no rest for those weary legs and feet is not a good idea.
  • Those are a good height. Depending on how tall you are, though, you might not want to go much higher, because much higher than that if you're short takes you into bedroom territory, and not sophisticated territory.
  • As a guy I think that 10 cm (almost 4") is a bit high. The highest heel that I'm comfortable in is around 9 cm (3 1/2"). Of course now I'm thinking of going higher too!
  • I was once told that when wearing heels you should be able to stand up straight without leaning on anything and lift your heels at least an inch off the floor withoutout bending your knees. If you can't do it, they're too high.
  • no for walking 3.5"-4" is high enough ,,,,,for the bed room,,,, hight does not matter your not walking in them....keeps some flats though just in case,,,
  • Can I just ask - are you female?
