  • NO, he did not.
  • since they were handed down by him (god).....i would think not.
  • No he did not break them. He was perfect.
  • No, nor did he BREAK them.
  • An argument can be made that he did. Today we have something called suicide by cop. One can argue that Jesus by failing to defend himself in a sense used the cops to kill himself...that is of couse if he were just a man. Just being a contrarian...I felt like given an out of the ordinary answer.
  • Man what is up with you? I do not know I did not live back when Jesus walked the world but as my faith it is said that he did not and it is and always will be argued by everyone cause we all have diffrent beliefs. My question to you is how hard are you willing to push the wall on this ?? I am not trying to be a smart azz cause youre questions are top notch and can be argued till the end of time so do not take me the wrong way :)
  • Sins are subjective...this includes the 10 commandments. If one was to actually pay attention, every single person on this planet theoretically breaks most of these commandments in their life-time. (1) Do not worship any other Gods. (2) Do not make idols. (3) Do not misuse the name of God. (4) Keep the sabbath holy. (5) Honour your mother and father. (6) Do not murder. (7) Do not commit adultury. (8) Do not steal. (9) Do not lie. (10) Do not covet. Since I'm already going to be down-rated, I might as well explin how we break these. (1) If we have never seen, heard or even know who God is--how can we worship him and only him?--what if it's not even a he? (2) We all have an idol weither we choose to deny it or not. (3) Some monotheists are really good at this and may not misuse the name of God even once...but it's rare. (4) I don't know what exactly this one can be translated into. (5) Alot of people can do this without flaw...it can be achieved pretty simplly unless you're one of three people who have bad parents. (6) This is just a joke...no comment. (7) Not hard to achieve. (8) Does this include software?--your brother's PSP?--your friends lover? (9) Please... (10) Also not hard to avoid.
  • Well.. here's my take on it. Jesus=God. God was the father of Jesus, via Mary, a married woman. Did God commit adultery when Jesus was conceived? If so, Jesus, being also God, broke #7.
  • No he did not. He fulfilled the Law of Moses. Jesus Christ, who was born into the nation of Israel, told his disciples: “Do not think I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I came, not to destroy, but to fulfill.” (Matthew 5:17) To Hebrew Christians the apostle Paul wrote: “The Law has a shadow of the good things to come, but not the very substance of the things.” (Hebrews 10:1) Peter later said of Jesus, “ In fact, to this [course] YOU were called, because even Christ suffered for YOU, leaving YOU a model for YOU to follow his steps closely. He committed no sin, nor was deception found in his mouth”.
