Whoa, there's losing it, and then there's endangering the lives of hundreds of people. I think that attendant should be fully prosecuted to the extent of the law. I rarely "lose it" at work, but were that to happen, I would most likely steam by myself rather than let others see me be unprofessional.

I've lost it a few times while working at quiznos two years ago. People coming in at 8:55 when we close at 9 makes me want to throw the foot at them. I've locked the door in peoples faces on more than one occasion.

While working at a tollbooth on interstate 95.... a little old lady asked if I could let her through because she did'nt have 50 cents....WELL, I TOTALLY LOST IT.........So I pulled out my trusty gas can and lit her Dodge Dart on fire. She busted her burning car through my gate while I was heaving quarters at her.

I told my boss in very colorful words where to stick it when she got very frustrated with me for writing complaints on how the elderly were being treated at the nursing home I worked at. She did nothing so I went higher. She made my life hell there until I left.
