Mowing the lawn is easy and rewarding. One starts with a shabby patch of uneven green, and in a short time it's like a neatly laid blanket.

I love it freshly mowed, but when it starts to grow in it's sooo itchy!!

I do it for a living, as part of my many other jobs. So I don't have nothing wrong with it. There are times tho when I may not get the time to mow my own, do to the weather & trying to keep up with everyone else's. So thats when I let part or more of the heard "cows" into my yard. They make great weed eaters......LOL

Lawns are actually a bad idea, they take a lot of energy and water to maintain, and the use of pesticides is bad for the environment. It's better to plant trees, or other low-growing plants like clover and ornamental cover plants that require less mantainance.

Of course, I do have a big yard. Having a bunch of stuff in that yard makes it less maneuverable, but cuts down on the amount to be mowed. it's also very tiring.

I enjoy it in the early spring, but by about June the pleasure has worn off. It also starts getting into the 90's at the end of June. Thant would be why I don't water my lawn. If it does not grow, I do not have to mow.

I hate mowing my lawn because I don't get paid to do it.But I don't mind doing other peoples lawns because they pay me to do it.

I don't mind mowing the lawn. Even got tired of having to keep gasoline and stuff around, and use a mower like the one pictured. makes for good exercise, too.

Yup, I have a push mower with a 15 inch cutting surface, it takes forever to get it done. Combine that with the Florida heat and humidity, it's a dreadful chore.

When you have a 1 acre lawn it takes a while and al the gnats!

Get a self propelled lawn mower. Then all you have to do is stand behind it and steer, it will do all the work for you. It is rewarding.

I like it. Nobody does it the way I like it. They're lazy when it comes to weed-eating.

Yes, mostly because we have crab grass. And live in a bad neighborhood. I hate this place.

Yes, that is why I got a boyfriend. I did it until 5 years ago.

I hate it when I wait too long, and it becomes difficult to cut and I have to emty the bag often.

I don't like it because it's boring, requires no thought or creativity, and repetitious. I would rather have someone just try to beat me up.

I meditate on my riding mower, sometimes with headphone radio, sometimes with only sound suppression earmuffs.
