you will rarely find a "cheapest place". You have to take into account when you search tickets: -If it is during a pick season (summer, chirsmas..) -How long before leaving -What day you leave on (usually tusdays, wednesdays and saturdays are cheaper) -How long you're sying there As well as many other factors. You could look up flight search engine which will give you the cheapest found airfare. I've heard consolitators give amazing prices, but i havent been able to find anything. If you want, you could look up courier flights, where you could trvel for almost free! Hope this helps!!

It depends on your destination and the time you intend to fly. You can always compare prices using this: http://www.lonelyplanet.com/bookings/flights.do Then, look for the website of the airline giving the lowest fare. I believe it's usually cheaper to buy directly from the airline itself than some agency.

Cheaptickets.com Kayak.com or sidestep.com I always use them to check base ticket prices and then go right to the airline website. Don't expect many Europe bargains for the summer from the USA unfortuately.
