  • it debuted at the New York World's Fair in 1964, but was not in full production at that time. due to the popularity of the response, they released the model in select numbers to dealers as 1964 1/2. This included the convertible, of which my grandmother was lucky to secure one. Pre-shelby and all that, but a gorgeous car nonetheless. after all the derivations, i still love to think of that first model. http://www.motorator.com
