    A detail: it's Antwerpen in Flemish/Dutch.

Particularly complicated situations arise when the Flemish use the Flemish names for French cities (Rijssel is not easily recognizable as Lille... although they both refer to the island of Lille).

The major ones certainly do, although I can't guarantee that every small suburb or village would have two names. Sometimes the difference is minor (e.g. Bruges in French and Brugge in Flemish). Other times it is harder to figure out... it took me a while to realize that the French "Anvers" is the same city that the Flemish-speakers (and English-speakers, for that matter) call "Antwerp". And there's Louvain (French) / Leuven (Flemish) and Bruxelles (French) / Brussels (Flemish)... those are pretty straightforward, too.
